Jumanji : Reboot ou pas reboot ?

On se posait la question depuis que l’idée de ce nouveau Jumanji a été lancée mais voilà que maintenant Dwayne Johnson confirme que le film à venir NE SERA PAS un reboot. C’est dans le texte d’un post sur son compte Instagram, que l’acteur indique qu’il vient de terminer le tournage de Fast & Furious 8 et qu’il va démarrer Jumanji dans 2 semaines. L’acteur indique : "Pour que ce soir clair une bonne fois pour toute, nous ne faisons PAS un reboot, mais plutôt un prolongement de l’incroyable histoire de Jumanji.

Il sera intéressant de voir comment Sony va continuer cette histoire débutée en 1995 dans le film réalisé par Joe Johnston avec le regretté Robin Williams, Bonnie Hunt, Kirsten Dunst, Bradley Pierce, Jonathan Hyde, Bebe Neuwirth, David Alan Grier et Patricia Clarkson. Jack Black, Kevin Hart et Nick Jonas rejoindront Johnson dans ce nouveau film réalisé par Jake Kasdan (déjà coupable de Bad Teacher et Sex Tape), sur un scénario de Scott Rosenberg (High Fidelity et Les Ailes de l’enfer). Le film est programmé en France pour le 2 août 2017.
